Fighting Blindness Mindfulness Course

Fighting Blindness is pleased to announce the start of a new free seven week introductory course on Mindfulness as part of our quality of life initiative.

The course will begin on Wednesday, March 30 at 11am in our offices at 7 Ely Place, Dublin 2. Subsequent sessions will take place on consecutive Wednesdays at the same time and location. Each session will last approximately one and a half hours.

Research shows that daily Mindfulness is beneficial to our physical and psychological well-being. It can produce an improvement in mood and reduce stress.

The course will be led by Michael Griffith (pictured right), a member of Fighting Blindness and a Mindfulness practitioner for many years.
