We are now recruiting for the position of Accounts Assistant
Fighting Blindness is currently looking for a competent, experienced part time Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance function.
Approximately 12 hours a week for an initial six month contract.
Candidate must be available to start immediately and ideally have at least two years recent experience working in Finance and ideally have a qualification as an Accountancy Technician or be an early stage part qualified accountant.
Processing supplier invoices
Processing donor receipts and lodgements
Processing expense claims.
Supplier reconciliations and handling supplier enquiries
Some administration duties
To be successful you will need to have exceptional organisation skills with the ability to meet various deadlines set by the Financial Manager
Ability to work on own initiative
Previous experience using TAS and Sage is desirable
Excel skills is an advantage.
The preferable candidate will be immediately available to commence employment.
